LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

Your SAGA POWER on-road motorcycle or scooter has been thoroughly inspected and tested in the factory and is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase or TEN THOUSAND (10,000) KILOMETERS, whichever comes first. If you experience any trouble with your SAGA POWER on-road motorcycle or scooter within this warranty period, return your unit at your cost to any SAGA POWER Dealer or authorized service centre and, if on inspection, it is determined that the failure/breakdown is caused by a defect in workmanship of a covered component, SAGA POWER will at its option repair such defective workmanship or repair or replace such defective parts without charge.
This warranty does not include or apply where:

The unit has been resold by the original purchaser.

Service and/or repair is part of regular maintenance.

Repairs have been made by unauthorized personnel.

The unit has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.

Alterations/modifications have been made to the unit.

The unit has been used for commercial or rental purposes.

The unit has been used in competition, racing, stunt riding or jumping.

The cost of shipping your unit to or from a dealer or authorized service centre.

Batteries (1-year warranty provided by Interstate Batteries)

  Parts subject to normal wear and tear including, but not limited to Aftermarket accessories Belts Brake parts and

linings Bulbs Cables Clutch plates and discs Drive chain or poly V-belt replacement Drums and rotor assemblies Exhaust pipes and mufflers External springs Fan and fan cover Fasteners Filters Fluids Fuses Piston and piston rings (on 2 strokes only) Plastic parts and colour coordinated housings & electrical parts Rims, tubes and tires Rubber items such as seat and hand grips, foot rests, foot shift, control cable shields, hoses and lines Shop supplies Spark plugs Sprockets Steering head bearings Storage areas Wheel and swing arm bearings.

CAUTION
Proper use of your SAGA POWER on-road motorcycle or scooter will be a thoroughly enjoyable experience but carries with it inherent risk.
SAGA POWER strongly recommends obtaining formal training from a qualified instructor before use of your
unit and to exercise prudence and good judgment at all times to reduce the risk of personal injury or death.

THIS WARRANTY is in addition to any statutory warranty and does not exclude or limit any legal rights provided to you by applicable provincial legislation.
